Ab Biryani banane ke liye ek bada bhagona/patila lena hain jis mai 2 kg biryani ban jaye.patile mai oil daal ker gas per rakh dijiye jab oil garam ho jaye to gas ki flame slow ker dijiye ab is garam oil mai bacha hua sabut garam masala daal dijiye or chicken ke pieces bhi daal dijiye or chicken ko achchi tarha bhune,ab tomatoes bhi daal dijiye or soft hone tak pakaye.

Ab is mai ginger garlic paste or red chilli pwd or dhania pwd daal ker achchi tarah bhune jab tak ki Ginger garlic paste ki smell na chali jajey(6-7 min bhunna hain), is mai fita hua dahi daal dijiye or salt or 3-4 minutes bhune or fir garam masala pwd dale 1 min tak bhune or fir is mai chanaa hua stock/yakhani, green chillies or choap hara dhania Daley,boil ajaye to fir wash kare huye rice dalna hain.salt bhi taste ker le.agar pani kam lag raha hain to fir thoda sa pani or daaley.
  4. Dam per ane tak tez flame per pakaye.dam per atey hi flame slow ker de or ek bowl mai food colour pani k sath mix ker ke biryani per circle ki tarha daliye or dhak de.5-7minute rakh ne k baad dekhiye rice gal gaye hain.fir aap ki Delhi style biryani taeyyar hain.
