- Place the deep saucepan on a medium flame add in ghee, add half chopped onions and curry leaves, saute it for 2 minutes, add marinated chicken fry it for about 3-4 minutes, now add in ground masala, saute it for about 4-5 minutes add salt and little water(gravy should be thicker).
- Cover the lid and cook until chicken is tender and done...garnish with some chopped mint and coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati/roti/rice.
