- 1/2 lemon
Steps to make to make Chicken Bhuna Masala
- For Marination.. Take a glass Bowl. Now put yoghurt. Now add all masalas. And add Chicken and mix well. Keep this for Marination for about an hour.



- Now for masala..Take one Kadai. Add oil or ghee as per your choice. Put jeera and bay leaves. Let it crackle. Now add chopped onions. Saute till turns pink.


- Now add Ginger garlic paste. And saute for another two three mins.

- Now add garam masala, coriander powder, Haldi, Red Chilli Powder and salt and mix well.

- Now saute this for two three mins on low flame. Now add marinated chicken into this and mix well till it leaves oil or ghee.

- When this leaves oil add tomatoes or tomato puree. And again mix well.

- A gain saute till water gets dried up.

- Add little water say about half a cup and cover for about 5 mins till it gets cooked. Since its ghuma masala it shouldn't be watery.


- Now this chicken is ready to serve with hot naan or roti or chappati.
